What are eStatements?

eStatements are electronic copies of your bank account statements that you can view, save and print online! With Internet access and a few simple clicks, you have control of when and where to receive your statements.

• Convenient – eStatements are archived for 18 months! No need to file away paper statements; we store them for you online.
• Secure – Access your eStatements using a secure account log in. eStatements are not sent by e-mail or by paper to an unsecure mailbox.
• Environmentally Friendly – eStatements save paper and trees!

How does it work?

Each time we prepare a statement for an account you have enrolled in eStatements, we will send you an email letting you know that it's available. Simply click on the link in your email message, or go to communitysouthbankandtrust.com and click on Online Services > eStatements.

Log in with the User Name and Password that you choose, select the account you want to view, and there it is; a statement of your account activity including images of all your checks. What you do next is up to you! Save, send, copy or print, the choice is yours!
