Mortgage Loan Consultant
CommunitySouth is currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Consultant for the Easley SC area. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating residential mortgage loans, including the application process, execution of all mortgage documents for the borrower, pre-approval submittal to various investors using an automated underwriting system, collecting borrower documents as well as preparing the file for processing / underwriting. The Mortgage Loan Consultant will also be responsible for data tracking to ensure proper compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws. The ideal candidate will possess five years of residential mortgage originating experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Special Assets Officer
CommunitySouth is currently seeking an experienced Special Assets Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of problem commercial and real estate loans to maximize value and minimize losses. May focus on one or more of the following areas: workout, rehabilitation, and/or recovery. Monitors portfolio and develops approved workout strategies. May own the entire banking relationship for the client to include legal aspects, workout provisions, credit approvals, exit decisions. Works with more complex problem loans and client relationships. Problem loans are generally more than $500M in total borrower exposure.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university. Preferred qualifications: Proven special assets experience, progressive success in credit structure, credit risk management, business development and portfolio growth.

Commercial Lender
CommunitySouth is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Lender for the Spartanburg/Greer, SC area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing commercial and consumer loan portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university; five years of commercial lending-related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Work related experience should consist of an in-depth background in lending practices and financial statement analysis.

Loan Review Specialist
CommunitySouth is currently seeking a talented Loan Review Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing review and assessment of the Bank's commercial and consumer loan portfolios. Actively participates in loan committees and assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university; five to seven years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.  Work related experience should consist of an in-depth background in lending practices, financial statement analysis and banking regulations.
